This is the core of what we do: taking a project from drawing board to a granted Access Permission or No Objection Certificate from NHAI, MoRT&H, PWD and allied authorities — managing every document, meeting and resubmission along the way.
We prepare drawings and documents in line with MoRT&H guidelines and handle their submission in full, including:
We represent your application directly with the Manager–Technical / Project Director of NHAI, and with the Assistant, Executive, Superintending or Chief Engineer of the relevant NH / Regional Office of MoRT&H — finalising layout drawings, incorporating official feedback, rectifying checklists, and progressing the file through to the NHAI / NH / MoRT&H NOC. This includes any resubmissions required if the file is returned from Head Office or Regional Office, and execution of the Lease Deed and related formalities. We continue to manage corrections, amendments and re-forwarding of the application until the NOC is obtained.
Once construction is complete, we prepare and submit the file for final NOC and final NHAI / MoRT&H approval — covering any remaining technical inputs, video recordings per NHAI norms, and obtaining the completion certificate from the local NHAI / PWD / BRO office or other relevant agency. We then secure the final grant of Access Permission approval based on the in-principle approval, including licence deed documentation, and manage any follow-up or re-forwarding needed if the application is returned by the Regional Office or Highway Administration.
We regularly pick up cases mid-process and push them through to NOC.
